Common Questions

What is it like?

Concordia is a friendly, welcoming church family. The Traditional Service at 8:30 am each Sunday features liturgy from The Lutheran Hymnal and hymns led by an organist. The Contemporary Service at 11:00 am features a more modern worship format with contemporary music led by our praise band. Both services offer Holy Communion each Sunday, and both last approximately one hour.

A light breakfast and coffee bar is offered between services in The Oaks Cafe (south side of the building). All visitors are offered a loaf of homemade bread and fig jam, lovingly provided by some of our long-time members.

What about my kids?

Sunday School classes for Pre-K through High School are offered at 9:45 am. A family room is provided for those who need a space to take children during services.

Where do I park?

The main entrance to Concordia is on the west (Meadow Creek) side of the building, but there is also parking on the south (Bedford Road) side as well as the east side.

What do I wear?

Concordia welcomes all, from casual to business attire.

How can I get connected?

Speak to Pastor Mark or one of our Lay Ministers or Ushers who assist in Worship each week. Visitors may also speak with any Concordia member, who can connect you with someone in church leadership.
